Xindak XA8250 Pre-Amplifier -

This is a much sought after, and rarely available, class A pre-amp of the highest quality. It is of dual-mono construction throughout: dual transformers, dual left/right channel circuit boards etc. It is a fully discrete transistor design with no op-amps in the circuit. There are three inputs; two unbalanced RCA and one balanced XLR. And, three outputs; two unbalanced RCA (to allow bi-amping) and one balanced XLR. The sound quality is superb. It is built like a tank; significantly larger and heavier than comparable pre-amps. It is in excellent condition. The remote control is machined from a solid billet of aluminium. I am happy to demonstrate the pre-amplifier in my system. The last s/h one to sell on the German version of a certain Internet auction site, sold for 600.
